TLC Woodside Facility Renovation

DDC project for the Taxi & Limousine Commission. 1,000,000 square foot facility renovation including addition of an inspection lane within the existing garage, securing the current masonry walls of the existing garage. The modification of the exterior yard to address queuing for the new inspection lane and additional vehicles, relocation of the vehicle fueling stations, the demolition of the previous administration building and the erection of a new administration building with additional parking to meet increased staff demand.
