With a strong background in MEP engineering, BIM coordination, lighting design and international project management, Faraaz has played a key role in building ATAICDS into a multidisciplinary consulting practice serving clients across the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia and the Middle East. His leadership combines technical expertise with operational efficiency, ensuring that projects are delivered with accuracy, speed and a strong commitment to quality.
Faraaz specializes in managing remote engineering teams, BIM workflows, Autodesk Construction Cloud collaboration, lighting design coordination, Title 24 compliance, COMcheck documentation and photometric analysis. He is also actively involved in developing AI-driven operational systems that improve productivity, communication and project oversight within the organization.

Mojtaba Tahiri is the Chief Technical Officer and Partner at ATAICDS. With more than 10 years of experience in MEP design for US-based code-compliance requirements, he brings practical technical leadership to projects from coordination through delivery.
Mojtaba is responsible for strengthening client relationships and helping resolve technical issues that arise during active work. He coordinates closely with architects and engineering disciplines, bringing experience with architectural work and drawing coordination to multidisciplinary projects. By aligning architectural intent with MEP requirements early and keeping communication direct, he helps teams address conflicts, clarify project requirements, and support accurate, code-conscious design production.
His approach combines engineering judgment, organized project management, and reliable collaboration across time zones. For global AEC firms, he helps make ATAICDS a practical extension of the in-house team—providing MEP design and manpower support that can expand production capacity and help manage operational costs.
